Welcome to Halton Food Connect
At Halton Food Connect, our mission is to provide improved food security for Ontario Works recipients.
We are a collective of three charitable organizations – Burlington Food Bank, Food for Life and Kerr Street Mission – and are supported by Halton Region.
Ontario Works recipients are eligible to receive a monthly fresh food box, delivered straight to their home by our team.
Monthly deliveries will include your choice of quality protein and an assortment of fresh fruits and vegetables.
Click the registration link at the top of this page to get started. We’ll ask for your contact details, food preferences and availability to receive your package. You will need your 9-digit member ID to begin.
Once your registration has been submitted, our team will be in touch with you every step of the way to inform you of next steps.
